Brief Answer:

Hello, Surgery is must.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I have seen the report. So an FNA has been done which is suggestive of papillary carcinoma but not diagnostic. So a biopsy is required to confirm it.

Also, I will advise to get a petct done to confirm the stage of the disease as petct will determine whether tumor has spread to other areas or not.

If the biopsy confirms the carcinoma, then surgery is a must, there is no other option.

Any surgical oncologist doing routine head and neck surgeries can do the surgery.

You can visit any oncology center like HCG, kidwai institute for opinion.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
