Brief Answer:
ORS is the mainstay of treatment for now...

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Welcome to HealthcareMagic,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern for your kid,

Is the motion is watery and yellowish in color?

Since there are no other symptoms, for now, I'd suggest you start giving the Kid ORS solution(WHO-ORS dissolved in 1-liter mineral water) and make the kid drink the solution as much as possible(once finished re-load another packet and encourage drinking actively)..intermittently you can give sips of water(strictly Mineral/U.V.R.O purified water)...avoid milk products for now...

At this age, this is mostly due viral infections which are self-limiting within a few days only...be extra cautious about proper hand washing with anti-bacterial solutions every time, before and after using washroom...

However, if despite this there's any irritability, fatigue, pain abdomen, fever, decreased urine output, further worsening of the present scenario, then you should take the kid to your nearest children's hospital/Pediatrician for a prompt check up as well as management(I.V. fluid therapy, hemogram, stool microscopy with culture sensitivity etc.) accordingly...

Let me know if I can assist you further...

Take Care
Kind Regards
