Question: I have suffered a heart attack n have diabetes type II. Suffer from ED. How can I treat it
Procedures: PTCA to RCA & PTCA to LVA (2012)

ED that you have is due to Diabetis

Hello,

Based on the fact that you have posted problem of ED that you are facing is mostly due to Diabetes.and is secondary to Diabetic Neuropathy and Vasculitis which leads to reduced blood flow to erectile tissue in penis causing ED

It does not respond to the drugs like Sildenafil and Tadalafil that are commonly used in ED..

You can try intra cavernosal injection of Caverjet. or Trimix

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical assessment and learn technique how to take injection in penis.
