No other lesions. Just one tiny white spot on tip of tongue. Mouth area all clear. 3 days now not painful today. Not grown in size. Thanks.

Very tiny. I did bite my tongue a few days ago.

Hi, thanks for your follow up query. As per the details given since spot is tiny, not painful, no other lesions, I think there is nothing to worry. U can try triamicilone ointment for local application for 5 days. Multivitamin supplement can be very useful. hope my answers have helped you. Thanks.
