Brief Answer:
Needs work up and management, anal tags / hemorrhoids

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your cocnern. This lump at 6 oclock of anus with no prior discomfort or constipation history needs further evaluation. It could be hemorrhoid or anal tag which heals from early anal fissures. Godo fibrous diet and relief of constipation with good early morning post breakfast bowel movements are advised. Exercise frequently and visit a local surgeons, they will do the rectal exam, assess this lump and correlate the history further and then manage accordingly.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
