Brief Answer:
Please give additional information and an actual photo if possible

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Grayish blue specks on toilet paper after wiping is a rare history.
May I please see actual photos?
Usually the red streaks are heard of.
The stool can give gray streaks.
Graying blue specks are unheard of. Hence if possible please send clear photos.
The possibility of tissue paper having some chemicals that change color on contact with stool can give such a picture. This is one possibility I can think of. Or old collected blood cam appear like this.
It is good to hear that the bleeding has stopped.
What is the color of the stool?
Anything else of history if you want to add to.
Awaiting.
