Brief Answer:
Nothing bad is going to happen.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

I am sorry to hear these bad news for you, but crying is part of our emotions.

It's a way we can express the pain that we feel and there is nothing wrong with it.

It doesn't make any harm to your heart.

So, try to relax and don't worry about it!

If you feel very anxious, try to close your eyes and focus on your breathing. Take some deep breaths for some minutes. Meditation will help you to calm down.

Low dose of alprazolam can also help against anxiety. Some herbal supplements with valeriana and passiflora can help too.

The New Year is coming and you should try to be optimistic. God may have reserved beautiful things for you in the next Year. You should just try to believe that those beautiful things will really happen.

But don't worry about your heart! Children cry a lot and nothing bad happens.

I hope you will find this answer helpful!

I remain at your disposal for any further questions whenever you need!

Kind regards,

Dr.Iliri

Brief Answer:
There is nothing to worry about!

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Stress is not good for your health, but not as much as to cause harm to your heart.

The human heart is much more strong and can support strong emotions like anxiety, laughter, crying, orgasm, etc..

I would just recommend trying to manage your anxiety in the future as life is too beautiful and colorful. It is not just black and white. And when you are anxious, you do not see the beautiful things around you!

You are too young and your heart is perfectly normal and strong, based on your previous cardiac tests.

So, a little anxiety will not make any change in your heart function.

A little tachycardia and some skipped heart beats are quite normal in every healthy individual during anxiety. But they do not need to be treated as the do not cause any damage to the heart.

Hope to have clarified some of your uncertainties!

If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask me again!

Wishing all the best,

Dr. Iliri

I would recommend as follows:

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

TMJ seems to be the main cause of your complaints.

I don't think that your symptoms are related to the heart, especially considering your last performed tests.

So, just relax and try not to think about it!

Hope to have clarified some of your uncertainties!

Wishing a Happy New Year,

Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Tunnel carpal may mimic this kind of pain especially if the pain is triggered by flexion of the hand on the joint or shoulder movements.

A musculoskeletal pain ( fibromyalgia) can not be excluded either.

But, I would exclude any cardiac issues, considering such isolated pain without any other symptoms like chest pain, tachycardia or blood pressure fluctuations.

So just relax and don't worry about it!

I remain at your disposal for any further questions whenever you need!

Brief Answer:
I would exclude any cardiac disorders.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Theresa!

It seems to be just TMJ inflammation.

I recommend taking ibuprofen 400mg three times daily.

As a cardiologist I would exclude any cardiac issues, based on your symptoms.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
