Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Welcome back on Ask a Doctor service!

Yor symptoms are typical of a musculoskeltel disorder like local inflammation.

I don't think that your symtoms are related to the heart as the soreness during palpation indicates an extracardiac pain.

For this reason, I recommend taking ibuprofen or acetaminophen coupled with a PPI (omeprazale, pantoprazole, etc.. ).

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Detailed Answer:
Hello again!

I understand your concern and would explain that chest pain which is triggered by any body movements is typically musculo-skeletal pain and not related to the heart.

Coming to this point, besides painkillers, hot or warm local packs can help improve your situation.

From the other hand magnesium supplements and light physical exercise can help improve your physical performance and thus reduce the pain during physical activity.

Hope to have been helpful!

If you have any other question, please don't hesitate to ask me again!

Wishing good health,
