Dear XXXXXXX

Welcome back to Ask a Doctor service !

I understand your concern and would like to explain that your symptoms do not seem to be related to the heart.

In my opinion this chest pain could be related to fibromyalgia or musculoskeletal inflammation.

There is no need to perform any additional cardiac tests as I am sure that they will result normal.

I am sure that your cardiac ultrasound will be normal too.

I would just recommend taking ibuprofen and an antiacid.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not typical of the heart.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Your symptoms are typical of anxiety.

As a cardiologist I would exclude any cardiac disorders, as your symptoms are really not typical of the heart.

So, try to relax close your eyes and take some deep breaths.

I am sure that nothing bad is going to happen.

Dear XXXXXXX

Thank you for the additional information!

We can not really exclude acid reflux or gastritis, considering your description.

For this reason, I would recommend taking omeprazole or any antiacid and see if it helps improve your situation.

Anyway, there is nothing to worry about your heart which seems to be fine.
