Question: Hi thank U. My top (s) # has been 180's after walking fast, or doing
Work around yard by lower heart rate never raises above 87
.....I am concerned over this. Do U have suggestions. T U
Should I see dr. , I struggle with my breathing when this happens
i check my BP each day, several times when this happens

- complete blood count for anaemia
- blood electrolytes for possible imbalances
- a chest X-ray study and pulmonary function tests to investigate for possible lung disorder.

An exercise cardiac stress test would help investigate for possible coronary artery disease which could trigger this clinical situation.

You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.
