Well, at this outset, it is recommended to get checked up by a Neurologist for further assessment...a few investigations (complete metabolic profile along with an MRI brain may also be required after the check-up)...additionally, do get the blood pressure rechecked as well...
You can continue taking Panado three times daily after food for the time being...Do ensure to drink plenty of water to remain adequately hydrated...avoid junk/processed foods, smoking, alcohol (if at all do) strictly as they can further worsen the present scenario...
