Question: Hi, my left side of belly feels uncomfortable, but not painful. It's as if there's something in there but I can't feel it with my fingers.
It seems right between the rib cage and pelvis... Also I have some pain around left hip area when I try to get up while lying on my right side, causing tension on my left side, or when bending toward left sometimes.

Pain in left back side right above the pelvis area started maybe 6 months ago. It's gotten better the last few weeks. It used to hurt a lot after sleeping, but get better as the day went on. The pain also got less when I got plenty of sleep for couple of days. Now it only hurts when I first get up from the bed. To avoid pain, I use my right arm to help raise myself up when getting out of bed to my right side. But since about week and a half ago, I started noticing that my left side of belly above pelvis, toward front, is uncomfortable while driving. Like when you eat too much or get bloated, also feeling like that area doesn’t get enough blood circulation or something. Maybe muscle. Maybe my belly got bigger and stretching the muscles, but only left side.

It is maybe about 6 inches left of belly button.
No problem in testicle/scrotum. No swelling.
No history of trauma or accident.

For quite a few years left side joint of leg and hip didn’t feel quite right sometimes. Like if I twist certain way, there was some pain as if the leg wasn’t fitting in the hip socket properly. And also feel slight popping feeling in the hip socket as I bring my leg down after kicking up high. Right side is ok.

I noticed some blood in urine couple of times in a row, maybe about 3 weeks ago. Light brown and reddish color. It scared me. But haven't seen it since then. But last few days, urine was cloudy 2-3 times. But no cloudy urine yesterday and today.

Is this something serious? Is the discomfort in left side of belly related to the incidences with urine?
