Brief Answer:
please read the options below

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

severe malaria can be treated with intravenous artesunate (2.4mg/Kg at 0, 12, 24 and 48 hours). After the completion of the 2-day treatment, the doctor either continues with more intravenous artesunate or with artemether/lumefantrine (first option) for another 3 days or doxycycline 100mg every 12 hours for 7 days (alternative - less efficient).

Less severe malaria can be treated with artemether/lumefantrine right from the start.

Prescriptions over the internet cannot be issued through this platform.

I hope I've answered your question. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
