Well, pain in tooth gum can be due to a number of causes like infection, injury etc..

So first of all please provide following details

- Is the tooth Wisdom tooth or other? If other, please provide details like is it upper jaw or lower jaw tooth or front or back tooth?

- Is the associated tooth decayed?

-Is there any swelling on face or gum?

Brief Answer:
Looks like infection, Please upload clear picture

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I have viewed your picture but it's not clear to look for and advise appropriately.

So please upload clear picture..

However from your explanation as the tooth is fractured or broken, then the gum swelling seems to be due to infection..

Headache is due to radiating pain from the tooth and due to tooth only your are having pain in gum..

Please get an x ray done and send it to me so that I can advise you further.

For now you can take painkiller for pain relief like Tramadol or Ketorolac..

Thanks
