Question: Hi im a 24 years female i never had full sex %E2%80%9Cpenetration%E2%80%9D. My boyfriend ejaculate on my stomach without penetration. My last period is on sep 4 and it supposed to happen oct 4 but it didn%E2%80%99t now im worried that i may be pregnant? im diabetic type 1 controlled and i have vitamin deficiency i start taking vitamin D drops yesterday
now i feel period cramp pain but still no blood im really concerned

Pregnancy without an actual penetration is not likely. The delay in your periods can be related to stress and anxiety or a mild hormonal disturbance. You can do a urine test with the preganncy test kit available over the counter to further rule out the pregnancy. The delay in periods is not related to diabetes or vitamin D deficiency.
