Question: Hi greetings healthcare team
I married in 2015 my present age 37 years and my wife age is 27 years. From the day 1 we are in plan for children. We went to different hospitals. My wife had got no issues, viz she get date in the interval of 32-35 days , egg sizes, number of eggs and tubes also in good condition. Initially in 2015 my sperm count 26 millions/ml. And All other parameters like morphology motility were normal. I did My semen analysis at different diagnostics where my count was almost same of 26 to 30 mil/ ml and other parameters also normal. I.e till 2017. But we didn't get any result. Doctor done 2 iui's but of no use. Then we went to fertility centre for advanced treatment., Because we felt pressurised. We opted for IVF in 2017 October. We got positive result that my wife get pregnant. But unfortunately pregnant aborted due to leakage of water in the month of February 2018. Baby was alive condition during abortion.
After her recovery we started our treatment in March 2019 at other famous infertility hospital and we told that we interested in normal conceiving method, because we faced lot of problems during pregnancy that daily two injections, and spotting was observed once for 10 days. admitting to hospital. It was very painful. Then doctor suggested sperm DNA fragmentation, sperm analysis and ultrasound Doppler scrotum tests
Sperm DNA test values: % DFI is 26% HDS is 11% semen count is 20mil/ ml and morphology is 1% with motility 35% in the absence of 1 day. Here doctor told that semen analysis can't be compared with other diagnostics center because variation in infrastructure. They have good facility and qualified team.
Doppler scroutem summary is
Left grade II, Right grade I VARICOCELES
HERE I AM UNABLE TO find to attach my reports.
My questions are
1. can it corrected my morphology and DNA fragmentation. As I had there will be some treatment of vericoceles of grade 2.
If it can be treated how much time and money (approximately)required because I'm already 37 years.
Is there any guaranteed improvement which leads to getting pregnancy by natural method.

Hello Doctor. Thank you for your suggestions. Please see my previous question that I mentioned my wife got pregnancy with advanced treatment IVF/ICSI. But it was aborted, the reason I mentioned in my previous question. The treatment not only costly but also very much painful( explained in my previous question). Now we want to correct all parameters and give 100% effort to get pregnancy with normal method. If we won't get result then only we wish to have advanced treatment like ICSI/IVF.

Thank you for ur suggestion, I discussed the same thing with my doctor about VARICOCELES grade 2 is not a big issue. She also agreed , I repeated my semen analysis, now morphology came as 3% .
She advised it is better to go for ICSI instead of natural or IUI.
Here my doubt can urologist will helpful for my condition.
