Question: Hi feel super bloated and dizzy after my Colposcopy. I just had it yesterday. I felt fine throughout the day today but with some bloating... mildly dizzy. And yesterday it was a lot worse... But is this normal?

Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Since the gas in colon usually passes out naturally feeling bloated and dizzy is not common.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Consult your Doctor or at ER for clinical evaluation and X-ray of abdomen in standing position to know the exact status.
Visit bathroom, relax and try to pass motion, if the gases escape you will feel better.
I hope there is no pain/nausea/vomiting.
