You had not mentioned how long you are having this burning sensation.
You had not mentioned also anything about your sexual activities other than your wife.
I am able to see a very mild signs of inflammation in the rounded area in picture sent by you. (MILD BALANITIS). It could be possibly due to some irritation.
Kindly rule out Diabetes Mallitus for you and your wife.It could also be due to some friction during sex. Abstain from sexual activities for a week or 10 days.
Very rarely in case of Herpes simplex infection one can get a burning sensation without manifestation.
You are also having a preputial adhesion in the second picture sent by you. This could cause slight discomfort when the it gets stretched during sexual act and prone for injury. Moreover the space underneath can not be cleaned properly and becomes a potential area to get infected because of collections. So it is better be released. Consult a surgeon nearby. He will help in this regard.
