Brief Answer:
the significance is doubtful

Detailed Answer:
hi
these antibodies are significant if you have a history of thrombosis or recurrent pregnancy losses.
also if you have SLE.
so do u have any such history.
if yes then you may require treatment with blood thinners/ hydroxychloroquine.

I have three auto immune diseases. I do not have lupus, but i do have premature ovarian failure amd unable to have children due to that so no pregnancy loss. No hx of thrombosis but a family history. Are these slightly elevated in certain illnesses or diseases that you are aware of? What would be the next step. Are they sometimes slightly elevated in healthy people? Thank you
doctor

Brief Answer:
Yes

Detailed Answer:
yes they could be elevated even in healthy people.
If there is no particular illness as I have mentioned nothing further needs to be done regarding these.

Do I need to retest or keep and eye on these labs?
Do these labs mean one is more susceptible to a thrombosis without previous thrombi or pregnancy loss?
Should I be on a prophylactic medication?
Do these labs confirm apa?
Would you recommend retesting or just leave this be? That will be all. Thank you Dr

Answered by Dr. Divya Agarwal (9 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Not required

Detailed Answer:
hi
Retesting is not required.
Prophylaxis is not required without any symptoms of the disease.
