Brief Answer:
These are genital warts from HPV.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome in "Ask a Doctor".
I am sorry for my late response.

I have seen carefully the pictures and I think that these are genital warts from HPV. You should meet an ID specialist or dermatologist to take a treatment for these warts.
I suggest to meet as well a gynecologist in order to do a Pap test.

Hope I have answered your query.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
You should do a biopsy to define the diagnosis better.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome in"Ask a Doctor".
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If you don't have done sexual intercourse( you are virgin) these could be vestibular papillomatosis but on the contrary, you should do a biopsy to define the diagnosis better.

Hope I have answered your query.
Regards.

Hi doctor

Here is the result of the Pap smear test. Would you please interpret if there’s HPV ?

Answered by Dr. Dr. Monika Dede (28 hours later)
Brief Answer:
This means that this is not HPV.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome back,
I am sorry for my late response.

I have seen carefully your pap smear result and this means that you don't have intraepithelial lesion and malignancy.

So, this means that this is not HPV but probably could be vestibular papillomatosis.
I suggest meeting a gynecologist to take treatment.

Hope I have answered your query.
Regards
