Question: Hi doctor, My sister is around 50 yrs old and she has asthma. From last 2 days she is suffering from major asthma problems. Like from last 2 days cough getting started around 2 am in morning and getting worse till 8-9 am but continues all the time. She is using inheller and also giving a syrup grilinctus BM. Please suggest any medicines for faster recovery. Thank you so much

Hi,

Thanks for your query.

Since is already diagnosed asthmatic, it is better to intensify her treatment.

The inhalers she is on if not helping she must be given Nebulization using a Nebulizer.

You can use below nebulizer medications.

1 Duolin respule , one respule at once , three times a day.
2. Budecort respule, one respule at once two times a day.

Continue this treatment for three days. She will feel relieved.
