Detailed Answer:
Hi....
Welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service.
I am Dr Ajeet SINGH.

I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

Though the blood supply to the penis is partially from scrotal arteries but it is very much unlikely that there is any relation of your dysfunction (which has presented now) with a surgery done 10 years back. Visit your clinician for further evaluation and management.

Most common cause of ED, prevalent in world is psychological and not pathological. Most common psychological causes of ED is Stress.
As you are experiencing these symptoms just when your marriage has been planned, hence it is more likely that your ED is not pathological.

De stress yourself, don't overthink, meditate, keep yourself busy, avoid alcohol, quit smoking (if applicable), have sun exposure, be physically active, exercise, have nourishing diet, take high amounts of protein, take multivitamin, shed extra kilos, avoid fatty and junk foods.
Secondary treatment approaches for psychogenic erectile dysfunction included anxiety reduction, desensitization procedures, cognitive-behavioral therapy(CBT), guided sexual stimulation techniques and counseling.

There are many pathological reasons of erectile dysfunction like high body fat, clogged blood vessels (atherosclerosis), Parkinson's disease, high cholesterol levels, obesity, diabetes mellitus, high blood pressure etc. Some drugs (like anti hypertensive medications specially beta blockers, antidepressants and drugs used to control enlarged prostate) also cause a reversible impotence. These can be easily ruled out by doctor.

Hope that I have answered your query.
If you have any doubts, please let me know.

Stay healthy and stay blessed.
Regards.
