Question: Hi doctor

2 weeks ago I have had a vaginal sex with 2 condoms on without any condom breakage. My concern is that I don’t know the person I had sex with had hiv or not.

My question is am I at risk of hiv infection from vaginal sex with 2 condoms on BUT maybe her fluid touched the end of my shaft ?

Brief Answer:
There is absolutly no risk to get HIV infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome in "Ask a Doctor".
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Based on your history, after a sexual intercourse with 2 condoms I think you shouldn't worry because there is no risk for HIV.
You should know that even if her vaginal fluid have touched the end of your shaft there is absolutly no risk to get HIV infection.

Hope I have answered your query.
Feel free to ask me further.

Brief Answer:
I don't agree with him in your situation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome in "Ask a Doctor".
I am sorry for my late response.

I have read carefully the answer of this doctor , but I don't agree with him in your situation because you have used condom correctly and you have not damaged it.
So, you should know that when the condom is used correctly ( even 2 condoms) and not damaged as you have done there exist a little to no risk to get HIV infection.

Hope I have answered your query
