Question: Hi about 9 Days ago I noticed a red fry XXXXXXX h under my right side of my bottom lip, and a smaller spot just like it on the bottom left side of mouth away from the lip. The lip itself is unaffected but the bigger spot on the right is about a little bigger than a thumbnail. it is slightly scaley when dry, red, and differently texture/MINIMALLY raised. I asked a doctor on here 6 days ago about what it could be, and they said its likely a dry patch from product use, but i discontinued the use of my salicylic acid acne wipes, and have been cleansing with micellar water instead.

its not getting worse, but it has started to itch and has not gitten better though ive been putting hydrocortisone and vasleine on to prevent any irritants from getting in. im worried its fungal. can you help?
