Question: Hi, My mother age 59, undergone treadmill test and the results is normal, it mention test positive for inducible ischaemia . please suggest what does this mean. refer attachment for report

However positive TMT is not normal and suggests their could be underlying blockage in arteries of heart which needs further evaluation.

hi, yesterday she went with angiogram, and the results were normal, except few block of 20 percentage, doctor has recommended medicines. she is having sugar and high bp for both she is having tablets

Welcome back.
The decision of doing coronary angiography was good. As she has diabetes and hypertension, positive TMT should be evaluated further by Coronary angiography.
This is a very good news that her CAG revealed non critical disease. She just needs medical management now and should be taking Tab Ecosprin-AV 75/10mg once daily along with her BP and Diabetic medication.
Keeping the diabetes under control is very important for her. So keep that in mind. If she can exercise, tell her to walk and do some mild to moderate exercise daily.
Dietary modification include low salt and low fat diet.
Rest she will remain fine.
I wish a good health and long life for her.
