please let me know the exact name and dosages of the medications your using

Hello and Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service...
I've gone through your query in details...
I can understand your concern...

Well, as per your description, a possibility of cervical cord/disk compression is likely (they tend to compress on the nerve supplies hence causes those kind radiating excruciating pain).

Since it's already been four days and no improvement yet, perhaps there's a further need to revise the medications. So, kindly let me know what all medications are you taking now so that I can suggest you further.

Please avoid bending forward, engaging into any strenuous activities for the time being...

For further management, some investigations are necessary to assess the severity of the condition (namely serum Calcium, Vit-D3, Vit B-12 levels, X-ray followed by MRI scan of the cervical spine). Based on these findings, further steps of management (physical therapy, neck support, stronger nerve modulators or analgesics or other interventions) can be decided.

Please discuss this with your doctor.

Welcome back,
Thanks for sharing the details...

Well, they're muscle relaxants. So in addition, you may take ACETAMINOPHEN 650mg or IBUPROFEN 400mg three times daily after some food for next 2-3days and observe how you stay. The combination effects of analgesics with these should bring relief. Take rest for the time being.

In case the pain doesn't subside within a few hours, then further potent analgesics (Opioids eg. Tramadol) can be considered instead of Cyclobenzaprine. But these are strictly prescription based medication and should only be taken under medical supervision.

Additionally, please discuss with your doctor regarding those investigations for definitive diagnosis, management options discussed earlier.
