Brief Answer:
Regarding glomus tumor

Detailed Answer:
hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and noted your concern.

Symptoms are suggestive of a possibility of glomus tumor which is benign tumor in vast majority of cases. It might be so small so as to be missed on visual and manual examination. The best course forward is imaging with MRI being the best radiological investigation in diagnosis of a possible glomus tumor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more.
