Brief Answer:
Regular check ups are needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Visceral fat is very common in menopause.
I recommend to follow a healthy lifestyle, eat a healthy diet and exercise daily.
I also recommend to avoid eating processed foods which can increase the visceral fat.
I also suggest to do regular check ups to maintain your health on track.
I suggest to check regularly:
-The blood pressure
-The glycemic level
-The cholesterol level

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards!
