Question: Hi, I think i had an exosure recently yhrough hickeys. I gave hickey to a stripper on her breasts. I think I never tasted blood. Am i at risk ? can i start taking PEP ? what would happen if i swalloed blood ? thanks

Thanks for the query.
Hickeys are not known to transmit HIV. Hickey have only one in a million chances of transferring HIV, i.e. if your partner is HIV-infected and has a broken skin, where you would somehow have a direct access of their bloodstream. In fact, in such a case too, the risk is quite low for you to be infected..
In this case the chances of transmission is very very unlikely, as no direct exposure to blood was there.
As of now PEP( Post exposure prophylaxis) is not indicated.

Thanks doctor.. Also i have one more concern. I have skin abrasion (burns when contact with water). she rubbed her vagina thrice over that skin abrasion. Does that indicate a high risk.
