Hi, I Started To Notice An Issue With Main Veins

Question: Hi,

I started to notice an issue with main veins that go up left and right of penis around a year ago. It seemed that they were more pronounced and even started to see new veins. More and more time went by and they looked more and more under pressure.

A year on now and hasn't gone away just looks like it's getting worse and worse very gradually with a lot of spider like skinny purple veins. I went to a doctor one they didn't think much of it and said it was fine but not sure.

After about 4 or 5 months on the timeline 2 thirds down the shaft there developed a sort of hardened vein which I looked into a lot and could be lymph's or something like that.

There is now more various purple skinny veins and the main think veins feel very much like under pressure. I can send pictures to if need be. I have no pain with it in general. Only very odd subtle stabbing pain now and again.

And don't seem to have an issue getting and erection either. Odd time veins can be small bit tender after intercourse.

I hope you can understand why a man would be concerned with this type of thing.
I am 25 years old.  I have had STI check also and I received all-clear from that in case you are wondering.
I have attached marked-up photos . It is hard to see the lump/band under the skin but can feel it when I press in and use a motion kind of. I took a screenshot of a video I couldn't upload and have an arrow going to it but still can only barely see it under the skin. Other pictures show other veins and symptoms that have developed and text explaining the picture as best as possible.

Questions -

Should I be concerned with the visual I am seeing which looks to be very gradually getting worse or can you provide further insight on this?

Should I get a penile doppler? I read about it but where to get it, if you recommend too?

should I be concerned/alarmed of my situation right now?
what is the least concerning of this? and what would be the most concerning possibility?

I also read my veins could be dialated -  what does this mean? And how would that normally be rectified?

Thanks

Brief Answer:
There is nothing to be worried about it at all.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .

Based on the facts and photographs that you have uploaded the prominant veins seen on the penis are dilated tributaries of Lateral Superficial Veins of Penis .

Veins of the penis and lower limbs have valves that prevent backward flow of blood however in some individuals these valves become incompitant(weak) resulting in to leakage of blood backwards making them dilated to look more prominant .These dilated veins become more visible when penis gets erected due increased blood flow .

This is very common and seen in many individuals in our day to day practice those who come to seek advice for other problems related to penis.

There is no harm of any nature on your sexual potency or reproductive process from these dilated veins so there is nothing to be anxious about it .Neither you need to do any tests or Color Doppler study .

Get relaxed and try to allay your anxiety .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
