Question: Hi,

I live in US but I came to vacation to turkey.
As of now my stomach is killing me it’s so bad that I became really violent I started hitting the wall my hands is bleeding and I started to thinking suicide to stop the pain.

I went to doctor here twice but with no real difference so I decided to go back to US.

All I need is medicine to stop the pain until I get to US.

Symptoms:
Very strong pain in stomach.
Pain in lower back.
Yellow vomiting.
A lot of diarrhea.
I don’t feel like eating anything.

I am sorry to hear about your troubles. What you describe sounds like gastroenteritis, especially if the vomiting and diarrhea started before the stomach pain (?). I suggest you see your doctor for stool samples and possibly start emperic antibiotic treatment and receive intravenous fluids to get rehydrated. To relieve the pain, try ordinary over-the-counter probiotics, aspirin or tramadol/dolol.
