Brief Answer:
Furuncle possible

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.
I have gone through your query and reviewed the image.

It seems to be a furuncle- skin and soft tissue infection. I suggest you take an oral antibiotic e.g either Amoxicillin or Cephalexin, 500mg, thrice a day for a week (prescription may be required)...In addition, I suggest you do hot compresses, 2-3 times a day.

Hope I have answered your query...

Brief Answer:
Regarding a furuncle

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Heat, sweat, scratching, rubbing from tight clothing etc are predisposing factors for bacterial skin infections. I won't suggest any particular measures for just a single furuncle. Just eat healthy and stay fit.
Take care

Brief Answer:
Regarding a furuncle

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
You may do hot compresses with a hand towel. You may also use an OTC topical antibiotic e.g Neosporin ointment, twice daily. Take an OTC antiinflammatory e.g Ibuprofen tablet, once or twice a day for 3 days.
Take care.
