Brief Answer:
request for different protocol from your doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I studies the treatment you have mentioned.

This is ovulation induction and helps in improving follicle size.

In women with PCOS, it takes higher dose of gonadotropin injections ( Gonal F) and more days to respond.Hence it is possible that you might need additional doses of Gonal F for some more days.

Request your doctor to continue the higher dose of gonal f for few days more.

I understand that Gonal F is expensive. You can request your doctor for down regulation cycle injections. This is a different method to make PCOS ovaries respond.

Alternatively you can go ahead with IVF treatment where higher doses are injected to get maximum number of follicles out.

Regards
