Question: Hi, I had sex with a prostitute and when pulling out the condom stayed inside, when she pulled the condom out, it had the semen in the condom, but I think the tip of my penis came in contact with her vagina. Am I at risk for getting hiv?

Based on your history, having protected sexual intercourse even if the condom stayed inside her (but with the semen) I think you shouldn't worry because there is absolutly no risk for HIV.
Furthermore if the semen was still in the condom this means that it wasn't broken and you didn't have contact with her vagina.

The risk exist only if your penis have direct contact with the vaginal fluids during sexual intercourse (if the condom is damaged).
But in your case, based on the facts that the sperm was still in the condom means that it wasn't damaged.
