Hi I Am Urinating Tissue And Blood Following Ejaculation. I
Question: Hi I am urinating tissue and blood following ejaculation. I have a history of prostate cancer and had direct radiation over 8 years ago and am declared cured. My PSA is very low around .05. what can be causing this. I was just treated for UTI with ciprofloxacin.
When I drink water the urine seems to clear up.

Thanks for query .Based on the facts that you have posted passing tissue in urine is mostly due to UTI .
The tissue is due to shading off of mucus membrane from the bladder resulting due to UTI .
Get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.
Take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefixime along with urinary antiseptic like
Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.
Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.
Ensure to drink more water to keep urine dilute and making it clear .
