Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome to Ask a Doctor service!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms seem to be related to fluid retention.

For this reason, I recommend taking diuretics (furasemide or torasemide) or increase the dose if you are taking them.

A cardiac ultrasound is necessary to examine your heart function and structure.

Some blood lab tests ( complete blood count, blood electrolytes, kidney and liver function tests) are necessary to investigate for possible metabolic disorders that can lead to increased fluid retention.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Kind regards!
