Question: Hi Doctor,

Yesterday Night at 11 PM my daughter got fell down while playing. Her above lip got injured with bleeding and it swollen. We have given Combiflam syrup 5ml for pain.

Can you please suggest some medicine for swollen because its too much. After few minutes bleeding was stopped. Please suggest antibiotic if required.

Swollen is not reduced till now. Please see old and latest pics for reference.

Hi, thanks for using HCM.
As per the uploaded photo and history of injury as described by you ,it doesn't seem to be something deep and dangerous one.
JUst continue with the same pain reducing medication combiflam 5ml thrice daily.
Please do some cold compress,every 6th hourly for 2 days,it will relieve the pain and reduce the swelling.
she doesn't require any antibiotics.
Please confirm with her regular tetvac(TT) vaccine.
do not worry,she will be fine.
