You should once consult a Dentist and get cleaning of teeth known as Scaling done followed by a course of antibiotics for 5 days.
Also massaging the gums with Chlorohexidine gel, doing antiseptic mouthwash gargles and warm saline gargles can help.
Take a Vitamin C candy daily.
Use a soft toothbrush.
