Question for Hematologist.
69 yoa male recent platelet count 201K/mm3, a decrease from 249K/mm3 one year prior. CBC normal/ Metabolic panel normal; A1C 5.7
Meds are aspirin 81mg, Lotrel 10/40, atorvastatin 80mg, metformin 850 bid, zolpidem er 6.25
Opinion on 19% Platelet count drop year over year?
