Dear XXXXXXX

Welcome back to Ask a Doctor service!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that as long as you don't have any symptoms like fatigue, dizziness, headache, blurring vision, there is no reason to worry about low blood pressure.

Low blood pressure could also be caused by low salt and fluids intake or prolonged standing up position.

Anyway, I would recommend performing some blood lab tests ( complete blood count for anemia , blood electrolytes for electrolyte imbalance, kidney and liver function tests) in order to exclude any metabolic disorders that may lead to low blood pressure.

In the meantime, I would recommend increasing salt and water intake during the day. This will help keep you well hydrated.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask me again!

Wishing a nice weekend,

I would exclude any possible cardiac issues.

Dear XXXXXXX

In my opinion, this chest pain is just costochondritis. Nothing serious!

So, try to relax and don't worry about it!

And please, try to stay safe and avoid close contact with other persons, considering the Covid-19 pandemic.

Wishing all the best,

Dr.Iliri

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

I really don't think that these blood pressure values are anything serious, as long as you don't have any symptoms.

I don't think that your symptoms are related to the heart.

So, try to relax and don't worry about it!

I am trying to stay safe from the virus too, but our job is too risky.

Anyway, let me know about everything!

Take care,
