Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Welcome back to Ask a Doctor service!

The pain in this region is typical of costochondritis.

Considering the fact that your vital parameters are normal , I would completely exclude any possible cardiac issues.

So please try to relax and don’t worry about it!

I recommend taking ibuprofen or acetaminophen coupled with a PPI ( omeprazole, pantoprazole) for your stomach.

Hope you will find this information helpful!

Please let me know in case of further questions!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri

Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX ,

I don’t think that this pain is related to the heart, especially considering your normal cardiac tests.

I think that this is just costochondritis or fibromyalgia.

There is no need to perform any additional cardiac tests.

Hope you will find this information helpful!

Wishing all the best,

Dr. Iliri

Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

As there are no changes in your vital parameters, it is less likely that your symptoms are related to the heart.

Besides, the pain is not related to physical straining and all your previous cardiac tests were normal.

So, try to relax and don’t worry about it! This pain is not related to the heart.

I remain at your disposal in case of further questions whenever you need!

Kind regards,
Dr. Iliri
