Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to the heart.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Welcome back to Ask a Doctor service!

Your heart rate and blood pressure values are perfectly normal, as well as oxygen saturation.

So, I don’t think that this ache is related to the heart.

In my opinion the pain in this regard could be related to fibromyalgia or tendinitis, especially if the pain is triggered by arm movements or pressure on these points.

For this reason, I would recommend taking ibuprofen or acetaminophen.

There is no need to perform any additional cardiac tests.

Hope you will find this information helpful!

I would be glad to assist you again whenever you need!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri

Dear XXXXXXX

The pain in this region could be related to costochondritis.

Nothing serious is going on!

I recommend taking ibuprofen for the pain and an antiacid in order to help against acid reflux and inflammation.

Hope you will find this information helpful!

Please let me know about everything!

Wishing all the best,
