Question: Hello doctor.. My son is having bad cough after being exposed to dust during house cleaning.. Because of cough he is unable to sleep and eat and lost weight as well.. Kindly suggest a cough syrup and may be a supplement. He had running nose as well but it is not running as much now.
He is 2year 3month old and 13kgs.
