Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The symptoms of your daughter seem to be related to a urinary tract infection.

You can attach the report to help me go through the diagnosis.

The signs and symptoms of a urinary tract infection change from a child to a child. Sometimes, children don't have any symptoms at all.

The treatment consists of antibiotics.

The preferred antibiotic, in this case, is Bactrim.

It is a prescription based medication which should be taken under the supervision of the treating doctor. So you should consult her Paediatrician before using it.

I also recommend giving vitamin C supplements and probiotics.

You should give your child liquids and cranberry juice.

After the completion of treatment, the urinalysis should be repeated.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
