I was wondering if I can send you pictures of breakouts I currently have on my face and hands and if you can tell me if you think it's a staph infection?

Thank you

These photos were taken today. But I’m going to send another email with pictures I took about 2 weeks ago of my face. Overall, do you think it’s a staph infection? Thank you

Brief Answer:
Acne

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for uploading the images. I have checked them. They seem to be acne. Acne usually occurs due to excess of female hormones. I would need to ask if your periods are regular. Based on that certain pathologies like PCOD need to be ruled out. Acne can sometimes involve Staph infection but that does not seem to be the case here.

You need to wash your face frequently with plain water. It will help in washing out the excess sebaceous secretions. When these secretions get accumulated, the secreting glands may get infected leading to acne.

Let me know if I could help further.
