Question: Hello, Started taking Multaq 400 MG and Xarelto 20MG for my recently diagnosed AFib condition and would like to know if taking a 10 MG tablet for my nasal congestion would be OK? Thank you.

Did you mean taking 10mg tablet of Phenylephrine for nasal congestion?

This drug does not interact with your current therapy, so it is safe to take it.

I would just recommend you to closely monitor your blood pressure values, as Phenylephrine may increase blood pressure values.
