Is There A Risk Of STD While Having A Red Sore On The Genitals After Vigorous Manual Stimulation?
Question: Hello,
Last Friday I had handjobs from 3 csw in a party. No penetrative or oral sex was involved. Only handjobs by holding from towards the base of penis was performed. The last csw gave me a very vigorous handjob.
On the next morning (Saturday morning), I noticed a red sore 4-6 mm wide on my glans penis and there was no pain or itching or inflammation in it. By Sunday evening I had little redness on the pee-hole and there was burning sensation while urinating. There was no sectretion or smegma under the foreskin.
I also had a little pain in my kidney area since last 1-1.5 months and also had an episode of epididimytis last year. Now again I had the symptoms of epididimytis and there was a slight dislocation in right testicle.
I consulted with doctor and he said it is an infection but contaminated hands could pose a very low risk still. The csw never touched my glans penis.
I started medication and the redness vanished immidiately and the burning sensation also vanished immidiately.
Urine routine was done there was no bacteria, only a RBC count of 10-12.
It's been two days since medication and there has been no other symptom and the sore is seeming to be less reddish(it was also slightly reddish in the very beginning) and still there seems to be a slight white boundary along it.
Am I at a risk of any STI/STD/SPV or is it just infection/infection from rough jerking?
I tested last year for HIV and the results were negative and I have not had any sexual contact since last three years. No fever or cough or flu symptoms are there.
Please advise.I am worried.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query .
I have gone through or previous discussion on your problem .
I can again assure you that there is absolutely no possibility of any one of the diseases that you are worried about .
All these diseases are acquired only if one is engaged in Intra Vaginal sex with a female infected with these diseases . Since you did not have intra vaginal sex with any of the sex worked you had encountered with there is no reason why you should be worried about having acquired STD,HIV .
Thanks and Regards.
