Question: Hello, I'm going to get right to the point. I have a very small but hard round knot/bump right under the upper skin of the entrance to my anus. it hurts really bad!! I've tried everything to get ride of the pain. when I squeeze it it hurts. some times there is blood when I use the rest room. what can I do about this? can it be removed? can a doctor at the public emergency room remove it?

Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
1.You can't do anything more than washing it well and keeping it clean.
2. It can't be removed by itself.
3. I don't believe a doctor at the ER can remove it. You should go to a surgeon to open it and drain it. Also he may give you oral antibiotics.
