Question: Hello, I was wondering what these spots might be on my penis. They don’t hurt, itch, burn, or really feel like anything.

I am sexually active, with just one partner. I don’t have similar spots elsewhere on my body, although I have had a lichen planus diagnosis on here previously. I’ve always had sensitive skin also.

Lichen planus, topical steroid

According to your complaints it seems to be lichen planus.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected area twice daily for 2 weeks.
This will help in reducing them.
Topical steroids are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
