Question: Hello! I was recently seen at my doctors office on Monday, I was diagnosed with impingement syndrome and rotator cuff strain in my left shoulder. I was told to wait 2 weeks and come back if it’s not better. It’s only been a couple days but it’s only getting worse, it’s now waking me up in the middle of the night several times because of the pain. I’m not sure what to do at this point. I’m doing everything to help it get better, but it’s only getting worse.
